Where can I find the customer ID to add referral?

You can find the Customer ID by following the steps in this article.

For a Zoho Commerce store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Zoho Commerce.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation panel.
  3. Under General settings, click Customers.
  4. From the list of customers, pick the customer whom you wish to attribute.
  5. Click on the respective customer record.
  6. Copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (View image below.)
  7. Paste it in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Shopify store

  1. Go to your store’s Dashboard in Shopify.
  2. Click Settings in the navigation panel.
  3. Under General settings, click Customers.
  4. From the list of customers, pick the customer whom you wish to attribute.
  5. Click on the respective customer record.
  6. Copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (view image below.)
  7. Paste the Customer ID in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.

For a Wix site

  1. Go to your site’s Dashboard in Wix.
  2. Navigate to Customers & Leads on the left pane and click Contacts. 
  3. From the list of contacts, pick a contact and click on Expand view to get the detailed view of the respective customer record.

  4. In the detailed view page, copy the Customer ID visible on the page URL (view image below.)
  5. Paste the Customer ID in the respective field inside Zoho Thrive.
