Can I create custom tasks for my program?
- Navigate to Points in the navigation bar on the left.
- Select Tasks, and then click Add Task.
- From the list of tasks, select Custom Task.
- Give the task a name by modifying the Task Label.
- Provide a Unique ID to the task.
Later you can call the API with this unique ID (e.g., unique ID: signup_for_webinar) to ensure that points are awarded upon successful task completion.- Enter the number of Points that will be given to the customer upon successful completion of the task.
- Configure Task Availability and VIP Tier if required.
