Can I create custom tasks for my program?

 Yes, you can. Follow the steps below to create custom tasks for your program.

Custom task functionality is only available for brands with a custom-built site integration.
  • Navigate to Points in the navigation bar on the left.
  • Select Tasks, and then click Add Task.
  • From the list of tasks, select Custom Task.
  • Give the task a name by modifying the Task Label.
  • Provide a Unique ID to the task.

InfoLater you can call the API with this unique ID (e.g., unique ID: signup_for_webinar) to ensure that points are awarded upon successful task completion.
  • Enter the number of Points that will be given to the customer upon successful completion of the task.
  • Configure Task Availability and VIP Tier if required.
