Complete set up process

After you sign in to Zoho Thrive, you'll need to complete the set-up process to start building program.

Before you begin, there are a few important terms to keep in mind while setting up.

Organization: Every account inside Thrive.

Brand: Term used to describe the store or site integrated with Thrive.

Platform: Name of the builder software used to build your store/site (e.g. Zoho Commerce, Shopify)

Set up process

On the welcome page, you'll need to create a Thrive account for your organization. To do that:

In the pop-up, enter your Organization Name.
Click Create.

Once your account is created, you'll be taken to the Thrive console, where you can set up and manage your Loyalty program. To activate the program, you'll need to integrate Zoho Thrive with the platform where your store is hosted.

Thrive currently supports integrations with Zoho Commerce, Shopify, Wix, and also offers a custom integration option for websites built without a website builder.

Run A/B or Split URL tests in PageSense to figure out which version of your web page works best for your business and results in the best conversion rate.
