CRM Integrations

Log into your Zoho Thrive account and choose a brand to continue.
In the Thrive console, go to the top-right corner and click the Settings icon.
Then navigate to Integrations -> CRM Tools.

Zoho Thrive - HubSpot Integration

To proceed with the integration process, make sure you are the super admin of your HubSpot account. If not, request the existing super admin for a role conversion.

To integrate Zoho Thrive with HubSpot,

Navigate to Integrations -> CRM Tools.
Select HubSpot from the list of integrations.
Click Configure.
You will receive a pop-up requesting for an API Key.

Now for the API Key,

Login to your HubSpot account.
Click the Settings icon from the navigation bar.
Select Integrations -> API Key.

To view your account's API key, there are two cases,

a. If you have never generated a key,

Click Create key.

Check the CAPTCHA box.

Once the key is visible, click Copy.

b. If you have a key generated already,

Click Show.
Check the CAPTCHA box.

Once the key is visible, click Copy.
Then paste it into the API Key field in Zoho Thrive and click Confirm.

Once you've successfully integrated Zoho Thrive with HubSpot, you will be able to view a toggle.

Once the toggle is enabled, all your program user data will be pushed to the HubSpot CRM automatically. Disabling the toggle will pause this process.

Zoho Thrive - Pipedrive Integration

To integrate Zoho Thrive with Pipedrive,

Navigate to Integrations -> CRM Tools.
Select Pipedrive from the list of integrations.
Click Configure.
You will receive a pop-up requesting an API Key.

Now for the API key,

Login to your Pipedrive account.
Click your Profile Icon.
Select Personal preferences.

Under Personal preferences, select API.

If you do not see an API section, it's because your API is disabled. Kindly request your admin for API token access

Copy the API token and paste it into the API Key field, in Zoho Thrive.
Once you've entered the API Key, click Connect.

Once you've successfully integrated Zoho Thrive with Pipedrive, you will be able to view a toggle.

Once the toggle is enabled, all your program user data will be pushed to the Pipedrive CRM automatically. Disabling the toggle will pause this process.

Once integrated, Thrive will push all the existing data from your program to the system. After that, the newly registered participants data will be sent to the system, and any updates in the points data will continue to update periodically (every 12 hours).
