Widget Customization
A widget is a small graphical element that will be displayed on your online store/website after enabling the loyalty programs and successfully integrating with Thrive. Your customers use this to view and interact with your loyalty program.
You can personalize the widget to match your business type using the following customization options:
1. Text Customization
To modify the texts on your opt-in form:
- Navigate to Widget -> Text.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click Save.
Here’s a quick overview on all the widget text that can be customized:
- Program Name: Your loyalty program’s name.
- Form Heading: Header text on the widget’s opt-in section.
- Form Description: Widget’s opt-in section description.
- Opt-in Button Text: Text visible on the opt-in button.
This text will be visible only if the customer has already signed in to your store and is ready for the opt-in.
- Points Description: Overview of the Points Program.
- Reviews Description: Overview of the Review Program
- VIP Description: Overview of the VIP Program
- Widget Button Text: Text visible on the widget before it opens-up
- Privacy Policy Link: Provision to add a link to your privacy policy document.
2. Theme Customization
To personalize your widget's theme:
- Navigate to Widget -> Theme.
- Under Theme , go to Color Theme.
- Pick a color using either the color picker or the slider.
- Click Save in the top-right corner.
3. Placement Modification
To modify your widget's placement by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Widget -> Placement.
- Choose the Position and the widget's Spacing with respect to your screen.
- Click Save.
