The performance section highlights:
Revenue: Total revenue generated through the loyalty program
Average Order Value: Revenue divided by the number of loyalty-driven purchases
Points Earned: Total loyalty points accumulated by customers
Redemption Rate: Percentage of rewards redeemed against points earned
Top Customers: Ranked by available points and number of rewards redeemed
Graphs and Trends: Visual reports on point accumulation, redemption counts, opt-ins, and task completion
These insights helps you understand your customer behavior and the overall effectiveness of the loyalty program.
