Purchases

Zoho Thrive offers a dedicated Purchases tab where you can view and track all customer purchases; both successful and failed, associated with your loyalty program.

Successful Purchases  

Whenever a customer or referral makes a purchase through your website or store, Zoho Thrive records the transaction under the Successful Purchases tab. This includes details such as:
  • Order ID
  • Order Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Purchase Amount
  • Commission Earned
  • Customer Email Address
You can quickly locate a specific record by entering the Order ID into the search bar at the top of the page.

Failed Purchases  

This section logs all failed purchases, helping you keep track of any transactions that didn’t go through successfully.
