Admins can easily manage their loyalty program using a range of built-in program settings. Notable settings include:
- Points expiration
- Program opt-in settings
1. Points Expiration
Encourage continued engagement by automatically expiring participants’ points after a set period of inactivity.
To enable points expiration:
Navigate to the Program Settings.
Under the Points Expiration tab, enable the toggle.
Then click Update, and in the pop-up, enter the Time Period after which the points must expire in case of inactivity.
Click Submit.
2. Program Opt-in Settings
Customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program when they create an account on your store or site, if this setting is enabled.
The participant will have complete control over whether to stay in the program, and can leave any time. If they decide to leave, they can do so manually by clicking the Opt-out from this program button inside the widget, or admins can do it on request.To enable automatic program opt in:
Navigate to the Program Settings.
Under the Program Opt-in Settings tab, enable the toggle.
