Webforms | Zoho Vertical Studio Help

Webforms

Webforms in Zoho Vertical Studio is a powerful feature that developers can integrate into their solutions to help subscribers collect data directly into their accounts. These forms can be embedded on websites to gather leads, customer inquiries, or other information, automatically syncing it with the subscriber accounts. Developers can customize these forms to suit the branding and specific needs of the solution, offering subscribers an effective way to capture and manage data.
By using webforms, subscribers can simplify their data collection process and ensure accurate, real-time entry into their accounts. The feature supports functionalities like field validation, file upload, and CAPTCHA for enhanced security.
For more details on Webforms, and to learn in detail about the implementation, kindly refer to our detailed help documentation.

Changes and Impacts

When a packaged webform is added/modified, published, and deployed as an upgrade to the subscribers' accounts, it will have the following impact on the subscribers' accounts.
  1. Create Webform: The new Webform will be available in the Subscriber orgs.
  2. Delete Webform: If a packaged webform is deleted from the Developer Console, upon upgrading, there will be no impact on the subscriber orgs. The deleted webform will be available in the subscriber orgs.
