Export Customer Data
Vertical Studio allows you to export the customer data of your applications in csv format from the Manage Customers page. This data can be used for analysis outside Vertical Studio.
To export the Customer data, navigate to the Customer Overview page by clicking on Manage Releases > Manage Upgrades > Manage Customers.

You can either export all customer data or select specific customers to export. To export all customer data, simply click on the Export button. Alternatively, you can select specific customers and click on the Export button to download the specific customer data. If you want to export customers based on specific criteria, you can use the filter option. The filter allows you to select certain attributes such as transaction date, subscription plan, user type, and app version to filter the customer list.
Exports with 10 or fewer records will be downloaded immediately. For more than 10 records, an export job will be scheduled. When the file is ready for download, you will be notified in the UI, and also a download link with a validity of 3 days will be sent to your email. Please note that a maximum of 10 downloads per day is allowed.
The exported file includes details as seen in the customer overview page.
