Plan Tiers - Features and Pricing
Zoho Vertical Studio offers three flexible pricing tiers designed to meet the needs of businesses of different sizes and requirements. Each plan tier comes with a fixed base price and varying feature limits, allowing you to scale your application’s offerings based on your customers' needs.
Before setting up your pricing plans, we recommend reviewing the Feature Limits Documentation to understand the available features and their restrictions.

Here’s a quick overview of the available plan tiers and their base pricing:

This is a platform usage fee paid by the app creator to Zoho, not a customer-facing subscription fee. Zoho does not charge or collect any setup fees, one-time charges, or custom service or implementation fees from your customers. Any setup, customization, or consulting fees are to be handled directly between the app creator and customer, outside of the Zoho platform.
As an app creator, you are responsible for:
- Collecting payments directly from customers for setup or service-related charges.
- Paying Zoho the applicable per-user monthly platform fee, based on the selected tier.
Markup or setup fees cannot be configured within Vertical Studio.

How Feature Limits Apply to End Users
When an end user subscribes to a vertical application built by a developer, the feature limits of the base plan chosen by the developer will apply to that end user’s account. However, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
- The end user’s access to features depends on the limits of the plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Scale) selected by the developer when creating the pricing plan. If the developer has already configured and used some of the available limits (like modules, roles, or profiles) while building the application, those counts are deducted from the total limit available to the end user.
- If a feature is not directly available in the plan tier but is associated with a module included in that plan, the feature will still function but won’t be visible or configurable by the end user.
