Publish Your Application

1. Log in to Zoho Developer Console and click Start Building in the Vertical Studio section.
2. Select the application you intend to publish and click Edit.
   
3. In Application Details page, click Publish. You can also compare your new changes with the previous version of the application before publishing the application. 
   
4. After publishing your application, you can invite users to sign up for your product.
   
   

Deactivate your Application

1. Login to Zoho Developer Console and click Start Building in the Vertical Studio section.
2. Select the solution you're going to deactivate and click Edit.
   
3. In the Application Details page, click the more icon.
   
4. Select Deactivate, this will open a pop-up requiring your confirmation to deactivate the application.   
       
   
5. Click Deactivate.
   Now, if someone tries to access your Vertical Application, the web page will display a message stating that the "App is Inactive".

Restrict New Sign ups

1. Log in to Zoho Developer Console and click Start Building in the Vertical Solutions section.
2. Select the solution for which you wish to restrict sign ups and click Edit.
   
3. In the Application Details page, click (the Edit icon) next to your application name.
   
4. Click the Sign up mode field under the Basic Details section and select Invite Only.
   
   
5. Click Save.
   Now, only those who have been invited to sign up for the application will be able to start using your Vertical Application while the existing users can still continue to use your application.
    

Note

1. When you invite users to sign up for your application, they will receive a mail along with a link to sign up for your application.
   
2. When new users who were not invited tries to sign up for your solution, they will have an option to request access for your application.
