Business Hours in Vertical Studio help you to set a default operational schedule for the subscriber organization. It helps in aligning the workflows and activities with the subscriber organization's working hours.
You can choose from three business hour options:
24 Hours X 7 Days: Operate round-the-clock, every day of the week.
24 Hours X 5 Days: Operate 24/7 for five days, with the flexibility to select two non-working days.
Custom Hours: Define specific working hours. You can set the same hours for all working days or customize hours for each day individually.
Packaged Business and Shift Hours settings are configured in the developer console and deployed to subscriber organizations during signup or through upgrades. The Business and Shift Hours settings that are configured in the developer console will be included in the next version of the application.
