Note: In Firefox, microphone can be accessed only if a Zoho app is open in any tab. So, please log in to Zoho Voice or any other Zoho app so you can use the extension.

Features offered in the extension:

1. Auto-detect phone numbers in any webpage so you can just click on the call icon next to the number and make a call.
   

1. Double-click on any number to select it. If it's a phone number, ZDialer automatically detects it and shows a click-to-call button.
   

1. ZDialer can handle call transfers so you can transfer calls to another agent mid conversation.
   
2. You can select your preferred phone number to make outgoing calls. Access your call records from the Logs tab.
   
3. Choose your extension preferences from Settings. Decide if you want to receive incoming calls in all the active tabs or just in the Zoho app tabs.
   

1. ZDialer automatically signs in through single sign-on so you don't have to sign in to it separately.
   
2. Click on the extension icon to open a dial pad so you can make calls to any number.
   

1. Enable a ZDialer dial pad icon at the bottom right corner in all Zoho apps so you can initiate calls from a dial pad.
