ZDialer - Browser extensions for Chrome and Firefox

ZDialer - Zoho Voice browser extensions:

Zoho Voice browser extension allows you to enable click-to-call in all webpages and make calls with a single click. You don't have to manually copy and paste a number in Zoho Voice dial pad to place calls. ZDialer automatically identifies phone numbers on webpages, so you can make calls by just clicking the call icon next to a number.

Receive incoming calls in a call pop-up on any page you're on. Eliminate the hassle of switching tabs to handle calls.

ZDialer is available for Chrome and Firefox browsers. All you need to do is download ZDialer, add the extension in your browser, log in to your account to activate ZDialer, and start making calls. 

Adding the extension in Chrome:

1.  Go to Chrome Menu > Settings > Extensions.
2. Click the menu icon and click ' Open Chrome Web Store'.
3. Search 'ZDialer - Zoho Voice Extension' in the search bar or simply click this Chrome store link to get the extension.
4. Click 'Add to Chrome'. Extension will be added to your browser.
5. Click on the 'Extension' icon in the toolbar and pin ZDialer so you can access it easily.
 

Adding the extension in Firefox:

1.  Go to Firefox Menu > Add-ons > Extensions.
2.  Search 'ZDialer - Zoho Voice Extension' in the search bar or simply click this Firefox store link to get the extension.
3. Click 'Add to Firefox'. Extension will be added to your browser.

Note: In Firefox, microphone can be accessed only if a Zoho app is open in any tab. So, please log in to Zoho Voice or any other Zoho app so you can use the extension.


Features offered in the extension:

  1. Auto-detect phone numbers in any webpage so you can just click on the call icon next to the number and make a call.

  1. Double-click on any number to select it. If it's a phone number, ZDialer automatically detects it and shows a click-to-call button.

  1. ZDialer can handle call transfers so you can transfer calls to another agent mid conversation.
  2. You can select your preferred phone number to make outgoing calls. Access your call records from the Logs tab.
  3. Choose your extension preferences from Settings. Decide if you want to receive incoming calls in all the active tabs or just in the Zoho app tabs.

  1. ZDialer automatically signs in through single sign-on so you don't have to sign in to it separately.
  2. Click on the extension icon to open a dial pad so you can make calls to any number.


  1. Enable a ZDialer dial pad icon at the bottom right corner in all Zoho apps so you can initiate calls from a dial pad.
