To use the Zoho Webinar extension feature seamlessly, ensure your system meets the following requirements:
Operating System: Windows 7 or later, macOS 10.10 or later.
Browser: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
Permissions: Grant necessary permissions for screen recording and accessibility to enable annotation features.
Accessing the Annotator:
1. During a webinar, click on the 'Share Screen' option.
2. In the screen sharing toolbar, select the 'Annotate' icon
You will be directed to a pop-up to download and install the Zoho Webinar extension.
For windows :
Download the Annotator agent by clicking the Download button at the end of this pop-up.
Find the downloaded zohowebinarannotator.exe file and open it to start the installation
Zoho Webinar extension will automatically launch and will be ready to use
For Mac :
Download the Annotator agent by clicking the Download button at the end of this pop-up.
Copy the Zoho Webinar extension agent to the Applications folder in your mac.
Zoho Webinar extension will automatically launch, if not, it can be opened from the Applications folder.
For Linux :
To install Zoho Webinar's annotator, use the command, shown in the pop up, in the command prompt.
Using Annotation Tools:
Choose from the available tools such as pen, highlighter, shapes, and text to annotate your screen.
Customize the color and thickness of your annotations as needed.
Saving Annotations:
Annotations are temporary and will disappear once screen sharing is stopped. To retain them, consider taking screenshots during the session.

Refresh the webinar page and try accessing the Annotator again.

Confirm that you are actively sharing your screen while annotating.
Check your internet connection to ensure stability during the webinar.
