Introduction
The Files tab in Zoho Webinar allows you to manage files and recordings. You can upload, store, preview, and manage session-related files such as PDFs, presentations, and videos under files. If you have turned on recording in your session, the tab will be displayed under recordings.
How to upload and manage files
Click Files from the left navigation panel.
Click Files (next to Recordings), and click the Upload button at the top-right corner.
Choose a file from your device to upload (PDF, PPT, MP4, etc.). After uploading, the file will appear in the list with details like file name, size, upload date, and uploaded by.
Click the Preview icon to view supported files.
Click the Download icon to save the file to your system.
Click the Delete icon to remove a file if it’s no longer needed.
How to access your session recordings
Click Files from the left navigation panel.
Select the Recordings tab. All your session recordings will be listed here.
Click the Share button next to the recording you want to share.
Click the three dots (More icon) next to a recording to play, download, or view the transcript, or delete it.
