The HubSpot CRM integrates with Zoho Webinar accounts by linking CRM contacts and companies, allowing users to:

Setting up the integration of Zoho Webinar with HubSpot
Step 1: Access the HubSpot integration in Zoho Webinar
Log in to Zoho Webinar.
Navigate to Settings from the left panel.
Locate Apps under the Integrations section.
Select HubSpot for Webinar and click Configure.
Step 2: Connect your HubSpot account
Click Connect to begin authorization.
On the HubSpot login screen, enter your email and proceed.
Select the HubSpot account you wish to connect.
Review and approve the requested permissions, then click Connect app.
Step 3: Complete the configuration
Once connected, you’ll be redirected back to Zoho Webinar and the integration will be active.

Be sure to check the box labeled Enable HubSpot integration by default for all upcoming webinars.
Check or uncheck the boxes to update your preferences for the post-session insights you'd like to push to HubSpot
Perform actions from within HubSpot
Once integrated, you can take quick actions directly from HubSpot. To do this, navigate to the Contacts section in HubSpot and either click on the desired contact or use the Preview option next to the contact's name.
Schedule a Webinar
Plan and schedule webinars from contact, company, or deal records.
You can enter the webinar title, type, date, duration, and time zone, and schedule a Zoho Webinar directly from within HubSpot’s interface.

App card views
Zoho Webinar details will appear in the App card area of relevant HubSpot records. You can use various layout views:
Navigate to Settings, then go to Integration > Connected Apps > Zoho Meeting, and click on App Cards to add Zoho Webinar app cards and manage your Zoho Webinar view preferences.

Disconnecting the integration
To uninstall:
Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Apps in Zoho Webinar.
Locate the HubSpot for Webinar card and click Uninstall to disconnect your HubSpot account.
