The Zoho Calendar integration is available in both the free and paid editions of Zoho Webinar.
Schedule a Webinar
To schedule an upcoming webinar in Zoho Webinar using the Calendar, either click Schedule Webinar or select the desired date and time directly from the calendar.
A Schedule Webinar window will then appear, allowing you to enter the event details.
In the Schedule Webinar window, enter the required details such as the Webinar Title (mandatory), Description, and Webinar Type.
Choose the Date and Time to schedule your webinar.
Once scheduled, you’ll be directed to the Webinar Info page.
Simply click on an event to access its Webinar Info, Registration Setup, Engagement, Emails, Preferences, and Promotion options.
You can also click on the desired event in the calendar and click More to Edit, Embed, or Cancel the meeting or webinar.
