Zoho Cliq

Zoho's Cliq bot will notify you of updates to webinars so you can stay on top of events.

 

Installation steps

  1. Log in to your Zoho Webinar account.

  2. Click Settings on the left pane, then go to Integrations > Apps

  3. Locate Zoho Cliq and click Install


Key Features 

  • Get instant notifications when a new webinar is scheduled/canceled right from within the Cliq interface

  • Start a Webinar right from your Cliq bot

  • Send Webinar invites to attendees along with an RSVP in Cliq bot

  • Manage and track your upcoming webinars using Cliq bots

  • Configure bots to get Webinar notification alerts such as registrations, reminders, and updates.

Note : Attendees of webinars can RSVP to the invitation and also join the meeting through the Cliq bot itself.

 

To subscribe to Zoho Webinar Bot from Zoho Cliq


If your organization has less than 500 users, this bot will be automatically subscribed, once installed. Each user needs to follow the below steps, if your organization has more than 500 users, to subscribe to the Zoho Webinar Bot.

  • Click Bots in the left sidebar.

  • You will find a plus icon (+) to create/subscribe to a bot.

  • Click on the plus icon, and a pop-up will appear.

  • Search for "Zoho Webinar Bot" and click Subscribe.

Notes

Note:

  • You can subscribe to bots using the global search by typing the bot's name (Zoho Webinar Bot).

  • If you type bot in search, you will find bots you are a part of and bots you can subscribe to.
