Zoho Webinar - Settings

General Settings

Under Settings, you can update your locale information, enable or disable features for your webinars.

Locale information : 

Click Edit icon to update locale information such as default language for the Zoho Webinar portal, time format and time zone.

Settings :

  1. Chat Sound Notification : Enable the sound notification setting to ensure that you do not miss any chat during the Webinar.
  2. Use Original Audio : Enable the setting to preserve original sound from your microphone without using any audio enhancing features of Zoho Webinar. Stereo audio is enabled by default when this setting is On.
  3. Add to Google Calendar : If you switch on your Google calendar setting, all events you schedule will get added to your Google calendars.
  4. Virtual Background : The Virtual Background feature can be used to display an image or gif or effects as your background during the session, or you can use nothing and simply blur the background.

Webinar :
  1. Specify default dial in numbers for Webinar: The dial-in numbers for the selected countries will be listed in the webinar invitations. 
  2. View non-video participants: Enabling this setting will display your participant's profile picture (Avatar) when their video feed is turned off. To show/hide your profile picture during webinar.
    1. Go to accounts.zoho.com
    2. Select Privacy Settings and modify photo visibility. 
  3. Play sound notification on participant entry/exitEnable the sound notification setting to get notified upon participant's entry and exit. 
  4. Automatically stop upload/download of video feedsEnable this setting to automatically stop the video feeds of everyone in the webinar when there is a bandwidth issue. Once the bandwidth is sufficient, the video will resume.

  5. Auto-record webinars: Enable this setting to automatically record all your webinars.          
  6. Record webinar videoRecords video along with audio and screen sharing in webinars. 
  7. Display participants name on their video: Enabling this setting will display the participant's name on their video feed. 
  8. Mute participants mic on entry: During large webinars, you can mute from 6th participant to avoid echo and background noises for better experience.
