Configure your privacy settings to manage the data that is collected and stored in Zoho Webinar.
Right to Erasure
Automatically Anonymize Personal Data
Click Settings on the left pane.
Select the Security tab and go to Privacy Settings.
Choose the Right to Erasure tab.
Click the toggle button beside Automatically Anonymize Personal Data to enable the setting to anonymize personal data that is older than the specified number of days.
Click Modify to make any changes to the configured period.
Session Reports and Recordings
Steps
- Click Settings on the left pane.
- Select the Security tab and go to Privacy Settings.
- Choose the Right to Erasure tab.
- Click the toggle button beside Session Reports and Recordings to enable the setting to automate the periodic cleanup of older information in Session Reports and Recordings.
- Set the number of days you want the information to be retained.
- Click Apply to save the retention time.
You can erase data that is older than 12 to 75 months.
Action Log Viewer
Enable this setting to automate the periodic cleanup of older information in Action Log Viewer.
Steps
- Click Settings on the left pane.
- Select the Security tab and go to Privacy Settings.
- Choose the Right to Erasure tab.
- Click the toggle button beside Action Log Viewer to enable the setting to automate the periodic cleanup of older information in Action Log Viewer.
- Set the number of days you want the information to be retained.
- Click Apply to save the retention time.
You can erase action logs that are older than 3 to 75 months.
