Manage your Zoho Webinar subscription with ease. Purchase plans, add-ons, or upgrade and downgrade your account by following the steps below.

Manage licenses and add-ons

1. In your Zoho Webinar account, select Settings and click Subscription under payments.

2. Click Manage to edit your subscription.

3. Click Upgrade Add-Ons, Downgrade Add-Ons, or Change Plan based on your requirement.

If you click Upgrade Add-ons:

1. Increase the number of organizers and select the add-ons you want to purchase.

2. Click Proceed and complete your payment.

If you click Downgrade Add-ons:

1. Reduce the number of organizers, attendees and select the add-ons you want to downgrade.

2. Click Proceed and complete your downgrade.

If you click Change Plan:

1. Select the plan tier that suits your requirement and click Proceed to complete your payment.

Cancel subscription

1. In your Zoho Webinar account, select Settings and click Subscription.

2. Click Change plan.

3. Click the Cancel Subscription link at the bottom of the page.

4. Enter the reason for your cancellation.

5. Use the checkbox option to keep your account active till the end of your billing cycle. If you uncheck/do not check the box, your account will be downgraded immediately.  

If you're planning to downgrade to a free plan from a paid plan, your webinar registration and analytics data will be available for 14 days after downgrading to the free plan.
