On-demand webinars are a flexible way to share your content with your audience at their convenience. This guide walks you through the steps of creating and managing on-demand webinars.
How to Schedule an On-demand Webinar
1. Click Webinars from the left pane, then click Schedule.
2. Fill in details, including the webinar title, short description, date, duration, and time zone.
3. Select On-demand webinar under webinar type.
4. Choose the start date, end date, and time zone.
5. Attach a video file for the on-demand webinar.
Maximum file size is 1 GB, and the preview duration must be under 3 hours. You must upload files in the Files tab first. Once a preview is generated, you’ll be able to attach them here.6. Click Schedule

Info: For more configurations for on-demand webinar are similar to scheduling a live webinar. However, the Co-organizer and engagement setup options are unavailable for on-demand webinars, as these features are designed for real-time interaction in live sessions. 1. Under preferences, you can also set a default response to questions from attendees.
2. Click the intended on-demand webinar in the listing page.
3. Copy the registration link from under promote tab.
After Scheduling:
1. On-demand webinars will be labeled with an ON-DEMAND tag in the webinar listings for easy identification.
2. Click the View Analytics link on the webinar details page to access analytics for a specific on-demand webinar. This button will only appear once the session has started, not immediately after scheduling.
Click View Analytics to access insights on registrants, attendees, and Q&A data, or to download these reports in CSV or XLS format.
