How to start a webinar

Start a webinar


  1. Click Start to the right of the webinar title.
  2. Enable the video option and select a webcam in the video dropdown to transmit your video using a webcam connected to your computer while you host webinars. Keep your webcam on if you are hosting a video webinar. Otherwise, you may switch it off.
  3. Choose an audio option in the dropdown:
  4. Phone: Select your country, enter the dial-in number followed by the access code and pin. Click Choose Audio.
  5. Computer: Your computer microphone will transmit your voice once you choose computer audio. Select your microphone and speaker from the dropdown and click Choose Audio. You can click the Play button to test your speaker. 
  6. Click Proceed.
  7. Only your webinar co-organizers will be able to see and hear you at first. To begin presenting to your attendees, click Start Broadcast.

Note
  1. Attendees who join a webinar will be in listen-only mode by default.
  2. Users can join webinars using the mobile app but cannot start them from it.
