Webinar Analytics

Once your webinar is over, you can assess how effective it was by using detailed analytical reports on attendees, registrations, and attendee engagement and chat transcripts.

This feature is available in professional and enterprise editions of Zoho Webinar 
To access reports: 
  1. On the left panel, click Webinars, then go to Past Webinars.
  2. Click More on any webinar title, then select View Analytics to see the reports for that webinar.
  3. For each webinar, you can view the following reports:
Attendees Report 
This report contains the names and email addresses of your attendees their participation status, the time they joined, and the duration they spent in the webinar.

Registrants Report
This report contains the names and email addresses of registrants, source tracking (showing which source they registered from), registration time and status, and whether they attended the webinar after registering.

Polls Report 
This report contains the results of all the polls conducted during the webinar and includes: 
  1. Total number and percentage of votes, showing the participation rate.
  2. Number of votes received for each option in a poll.
  3. Average rating, for rating questions. 
Q&A Report 
You can get a consolidated list of all the questions asked during the webinar and the answers you provided. 

Performance Report 
This report shows the number of registrants, attendees, poll responses, and the number of questions asked. 

Chat transcript
Chat transcript contains the chat history between organizers and attendees, as well as between organizers and co‑organizers. 

Download and protect reports

You can download these webinar reports in XLSX and CSV formats and also set a password to protect them.


InfoReports are sent to the organizer’s email after the webinar ends.
