Dashboards

Dashboards in Zoho RPA provide a comprehensive overview of your organization's RPA processes, enabling you to quickly identify performance trends and make informed decisions to optimize productivity. By consolidating data from all your flows, dashboards eliminate the need to manually sift through vast amounts of data, saving you time and effort. They provide a clear and concise view of your RPA landscape, empowering you to make data-driven decisions that drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Real-time key performance indicators (KPIs) on the dashboards, empower you to assess the effectiveness of your flows and identify areas for improvement. You can gain valuable insights into the success rate of your flows, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance productivity and optimize your RPA strategy.

For example, if you have a flow that automates the extraction of invoice details from emails, enters them into the SAP system, and sends out confirmation emails, its presence on your list of top five flows indicates significant time savings in manual labor. This translates to increased productivity and improved customer satisfaction.

Flow Overview

The Flow Overview section that is displayed at the top-left corner of your dashboard provides a concise overview of your organization's RPA flows. This section presents a summary of the total number of flows created, along with their current status: Live, Paused, or Draft.

Total : This metric represents the cumulative number of flows created within your organization, reflecting the overall scope of your RPA adoption.

Live : This metric indicates the number of flows that currently form the backbone of your RPA implementation, actively executing tasks as intended and automating processes to streamline operations.

Paused : This metric highlights the number of flows that were previously active but are temporarily paused, possibly for maintenance, awaiting data updates, or specific operational reasons.'

Draft : This metric signifies the number of flows still under development, representing ongoing efforts to expand automation capabilities and optimize processes before deployment for execution.

Execution

With the Execution section, you get a detailed look at flow success and failure rates over a specified time frame, allowing you to identify trends and patterns. Quick insights into process performance help pinpoint areas of strength and improvement.

Execution Date Range

To view execution data for a specific period, select a time frame from the dropdown menu. The default option is Today, displaying metrics for the current day. Analyzing data across different periods helps identify improvement areas, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent value delivery from your RPA efforts.

Complementing the numerical data, the execution section also incorporates visual representations, such as charts and graphs, to effectively illustrate execution trends. These visuals provide a clear and intuitive understanding of how your processes have performed over the selected time frame.

In summary, the Execution section empowers you to make informed, data-driven decisions for your RPA strategy. Analyzing flow performance over time allows you to prioritize automation initiatives, address potential bottlenecks, and maximize the return on investment in your RPA implementation.

Recent Executions

This section showcases the most recent executions within your organization, providing a real-time glimpse into the activity of your RPA processes. Each execution listed provides relevant details, including the flow name, execution timestamp, and status (success or failure). If no recent executions are displayed, please verify that your flows are turned on and actively executing tasks.
Note :The Recent Executions section displays only the most recent five executions of your RPA flows. To view a comprehensive history of all executions across your organization, please visit the History page under Settings.

Top 5 Flows

The Top Flows section highlights the five flows with the highest number of executions, showcasing the most frequently utilized automation tasks within your organization. For each top flow, you can view the success and failure rates expressed as both numerical values and percentages.

Clicking on any of the listed top flows will seamlessly redirect you to its Summary tab, where you can delve deeper into the flow's details.
