This page provides a central view for managing all RPA agents within your organization. Here, you can get a quick overview of each agent's status and key information.
The following details are displayed for each installed agent in the list:
Agent name: The unique identifier assigned to the RPA agent.
Last updated on: The date and time the agent was last modified.
Enable/Disable: A toggle switch to activate or deactivate the agent for use in automation workflows.
Host: The hostname and operating system where the agent is installed.
Status: Indicates whether the agent is currently active or inactive.
Agent Actions
You can perform the following actions for each agent listed:
Ping: Verifies the agent's connection to the RPA server. This helps in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
View details: Opens a detailed view containing the following information:
Agent details:
Agent name: The name of the agent.
Installation key: A unique key is required if you need to reinstall the agent on its machine.
Agent version: The currently installed version of the agent. This indicates if the agent is up-to-date.
Auto update: A toggle to enable or disable automatic updates for the agent. When enabled, the agent will automatically update to the latest version when available.
Created on: The date and time the agent was initially created.
Created by: The user account that created the agent.
