Schedule Trigger

Schedule trigger is a type of trigger that allows users to trigger a flow based on a specific time period or interval. This is useful for automating tasks that need to be performed on a regular basis, such as sending out daily reports or backing up data.

How to configure

  1. In the My Flows section of Zoho RPA, click + Create, then Create flow.
  2. Enter the flow name, and optionally a description.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Click Configure in the Schedule trigger box. 



  5. Choose the frequency of your flow execution. You can schedule your flow to be triggered daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or even just once.
  6. Fill in the required details, including month, year, date, and time.



  7. To schedule your flow to run on multiple agents:
    Select Yes to the question, Do you want to schedule to run flow on multiple agents?
    Choose the required RPA agents.
  8. Click Done.
