Notifications are alerts that keep you informed about important events related to your RPA account. These notifications can help you stay up to date and address any issues promptly.
We have the following settings you can configure:
Email notifications
Flow execution failed: This setting allows you to configure receiving email notifications when a flow execution fails consecutively for 3 and 10 times.
Flow switched off: This setting allows you to configure receiving email notifications when a flow fails consecutively for 20 times and then automatically switched off.
Note : This setting is not meant for manually switched off flows.
Flow deleted: This setting allows you to configure receiving email notifications whenever a flow is deleted.
Notifies users:
For all types of email notifications, the notified users are the Flow owner, Org owner and Org admins.
To enable these setting:
The toggle is turned on by default. If you want to disable notifications, simply turn off the toggle.
In-product notifications
Manual agent updates: This setting allows you to configure receiving notifications when new agent versions are available.
If you've configured to manually update the agent version on the machine, you'll receive notifications whenever new versions are available.
Note: Only the owner or the user who created the agent will receive notifications about these updates.
Issues with updating the agent in case of auto-update failures will also be listed in this section.
