By default, AI features in the product are powered by Zia, (Zoho's AI assistant). However, you can also connect and use a preferred third-party LLMs of your choice.
Click on the 'Add LLM' button to configure the LLM of your choice.
Once you select the third-party LLM of your choice, you need to follow the steps below and create and configure the API key.
Select the Google option.
Click Proceed.
Read the Data Privacy Notice and click proceed.
Generate the API key using the steps below.
Go to the Google AI Key generation page.
Click Create API key.
Provide a key name and select the required project.
Click Create key.
Copy and add the API key.
Enter the required API key for your Google service in the given field.
Click the 'Add API Key' button to add the Google LLM.
Select the Open AI option.
Click Proceed.
Read the Data Privacy Notice and click proceed.
Generate the API key using the steps below.
Go to the Open AI Key generation page.
Click Create new secret key.
Provide a key name and select the required project.
Click Create secret key.
Copy and add the API key.
Enter the required API key for your Open AI service in the given field.
Click the 'Add API Key' button to add the Open AI LLM.
Select the Anthropic option.
Click Proceed.
Read the Data Privacy Notice and click proceed.
Generate the API key using the steps below.
Go to the Anthropic Key generation page.
Click Create API Key.
Provide a key name and select the required workspace/project.
Choose your desired expiration duration of the api key.
Click Create Key.
Copy and add the API key.
Enter the required API key for your Google service in the given field.
Click the 'Add API Key' button to add the Anthropic LLM.
For the features listed, you can select the AI Model you want to use for that particular feature, by choosing from the drop-down menu.
After selecting the AI Model, turn on the access toggle to complete the configuration.
To update or change the existing API key, click the displayed API key. This will allow you to edit the key directly in the text box.
To remove the API key and LLM configuration, click the Revoke icon.
If you revoke the configuration, the associated API key is removed. You will be unable to revoke a configuration, if the API Key is used in any actions / workflows. You need to change the AI model to another vendor or to the default Zoho AI, in order to remove the API Key.
