Zia

Zia

Zia allows you to execute advanced, AI-driven tasks in the Zoho RPA platform. By integrating a Large Language Model(LLM), Zia enables a powerful layer of artificial intelligence to be used by supported actions and workflows across your organization.
Configuration
Turn on Zia
First, we need to activate Zia on the settings page.
  1. Navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Go to the Zia tab.
  3. Use the toggle switch to turn on Zia.
Configure the LLM
Once Zia is enabled, you need to link it to a supported LLM service to power its AI features.
  1. You'll be prompted to set up the LLM immediately after turning Zia on.
Supported Model: We currently support Google Gemini only.
Generate your Google API key
  1. Go to the Google AI Studio API key generation page
  2. Click Create API key.
  3. Provide a unique key name and select the required project.
  4. Click Create.
  1. Enter the required API key for your Google Gemini service in the given field.
  2. Click the tick mark (✔) to confirm and save the configuration.

NotesNote: After saving, all workflows and actions designed to use an LLM will automatically use the Google Gemini service you configured.

Editing the API key
To update or change the existing Google Gemini API key, click the displayed API Key. This will allow you to edit the key directly in the text box.

Deleting the API key
To remove the API key and LLM configuration, click Delete key.

If you delete the configuration, the associated API key is removed. All actions or workflows that rely on the LLM will fail until a new, valid configuration is set up. Only delete the configuration if you intend to temporarily or permanently disable all AI-powered actions.
