The Terminate flow functionality allows users to instantly stop or abort running RPA flow executions.
There are several scenarios where you might need to stop or terminate an RPA flow that is currently running. This might be due to a critical issue—for example, if the flow encounters invalid data that could corrupt a system, enters an infinite loop and wastes resources, the target application crashes, or an urgent business decision requires the process to halt right away.
How to Terminate flows
You can only terminate flows that are currently in the "Processing" state.
Access RPA Flow History:
- Log in to your Zoho RPA account.
- Navigate to the organization's flow history from Settings > History.
Select executions:
Use the checkboxes to select the specific flow run(s) you want to abort.
Initiate Terminate:
Click Terminate button to begin the termination process for the selected executions.
