Versions

What are versions?

Versions are a change history of your flow. They let you track exactly when a flow was created and see every change made to it over time.

How are versions created?

Every time you hit Apply changes in the Flow builder, a new live version is created. This shows you exactly which triggers, actions, or logic steps were added or removed.
If you’re still working and haven’t saved yet, those changes stay as a Draft. You can keep tweaking the draft as much as you want before you decide to apply it to your live flow.

How do versions help?

If you have a flow that’s already working perfectly, you don't want to break it just to try out a new idea. Versions let you experiment safely.
A teammate might want to test new logic or add actions without touching the live automation. With versions, you can create multiple snapshots of your flow to test and track changes. You can see exactly when each version was made and even add comments so everyone knows what was changed and why.

How do I use versions?

To see your flow's history:
In the flow builder, click VERSIONS. You’ll see a list of every live version and your current draft on the right.

Click on a version to preview it on the builder. You can click the View button on any specific action to see its old configuration.

Once you're happy with your work in progress simply click Apply to make your draft the new live version or you can click Apply changes from the Builder page.

Hover over a version and click Add comments to leave a note for yourself or your team about what changed.
