A domain is a web address that makes your website accessible to your online visitors. It's the name by which the online world will recognize your website. While publishing your website for the first time, you can decide whether to buy a domain or map an existing one.
On your dashboard, click Manage Domains.
Click Add Domains.
Provide a business name or brand name in the text field.
Based on the availability of the domain, you can proceed by clicking Add Domain. The added subdomain will then be listed with all other available domains.
A primary domain is the main domain that will represent your website. If you have one domain, then that becomes your primary domain by default. If there are multiple domains, you can explicitly set which domain is to be the primary domain.
Hover over the domain to be set as primary.
Click Make primary.
You can also edit the domain name. Click Edit.
Based on domain availability, you can change the domain name. Click Change Domain to finalize the subdomain.
Click Delete to remove a domain name permanently.
Provide a custom domain and click Continue.
Follow the instructions on the next screen. You will have to log in to your domain provider's admin console and update domain forwarding and CName information.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is all about establishing an encrypted link between the web server and a web browser.
Click Get SSL Certificate. This will automatically install a certificate on your website.
Confirm SSL certificate addition.
Click Install Your Own SSL. You can manually install your SSL certificate, if you have access to private key and CA.
Provide the details for each field.
Click OK.
