Cookie consent bar notifies visitors that cookies are being used and tells them to adjust their browser settings if they are concerned.
To enable the cookie bar on your website:
- Access Configuration under the hamburger menu on the left of your screen.
- Click Message Bar.
- Navigate to the Cookie Bar tab.
- Toggle the Enable cookie bar option.
- Do the same for Enable decline button and Enable decline message, if needed.
- Select your preferred Theme.
- Choose to position it either on the top or bottom of your website screen.
- Click Save.

You can change the default cookie policy URL and cookie policy messages. To do so:
- Click on the hyperlinked blue text Language on the command. To change the default cookie policy URL and cookie bar message, visit Language -> Cookie bar.

- On the screen next, click Add Language.
- In the popup that opens, select the preferred language and region from the dropdown list. Click Add.

- The languages added will be listed under Language (which can be accessed Configuration -> Region; Language tab). Hover on the preferred one and select Translate.

- Select Cookie Bar.
- Add the customized cookie messages and cookie page URL.
- Click Save.

For websites hosted in the EU data center with third party cookie bar.
To enable visitor counting on websites published in the EU data center when using a third-party cookie bar:
1. Enable Zoho Sites Analytics cookies.
2. Ensure the user_accept_consent() function is called from the cookie bar’s 'accept' action.
