Schema Generator

The Schema generator is a tool that lets you add structured data markup to your website. Structured data is a way to organize and classify your website's content so that search engines can better understand it. By adding structured data to your website, you can improve your search engine rankings and make it easier for users to find your content. You can add Local Business Schema, Person Schema, or Organization Schema, depending on the type of website you have.

To add structured data using Schema generator:


  1. Go to Configuration -> SEO -> Schema Generator.



    Notes: Adding Schema is a paid feature. You will need to upgrade your plan to use this feature.

  2. Click Add Schema.



  3. Select the type of schema that you want to add to your site.
  4. Local Business Schema: Ideal for local businesses or SMBs.
  5. Person Schema: Ideal for better ranking when searched for a particular person's details.
  6. Organization Schema: Ideal for bigger establishments (with a physical store). 



Local business schema

Local business schema is ideal for businesses and SMBs.



  1. Business type: Enter the type of business you created this site for.
  2. Business name: Your site name will reflect the business name. You can also edit it, if needed.
  3. Image URL: You can add the link of any of your preferred business favicon here.
  4. Business logo URL: The link of your business logo will be displayed here.

1. Review Rating:
  1. Best Rating: Enter the highest rating your site has received.
  2. Rating Value: Enter the average rating your site has received.
The Rating Value cannot be greater than the Best Rating.

2. Geo Coordinates:
  1. Enter the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates of your store. You can find the exact coordinates from Google Maps.

3. Contact Details: 
  1. Enter your address including street name, locality, city and its postal/ZIP code.

  1. Working Hours Specification: Click on the check-boxes next to every day to mark your working days. Click on the dropdown to mark your working hours for each day.
  2. Social Profiles: The links to all your social media channels will be displayed here. You can also edit or add them, if needed.

  1. Select Pages to Add Schema: Click the drop-down to select which page you want to activate the Local Business Schema for.
  2. Click Save to finish.

Person schema

Person schema is used to get better ranking when someone searches your name in Google. This involves entering all your personal details.

  1. Enter all your details in the respective boxes. This includes the person's name, your business website (if you have any), job title, birth date, birth place, and nationality, among others. 



  2. Enter your contact details, including address, phone number, and email address.
  3. Social Profiles: The links to all your social media channels will be displayed here. You can also edit or add them if needed.

  4. Select Pages to Add Schema: Click the dropdown to select which page you want to activate the Person Schema for.
  5. Click Save to finish. 

Organization schema

Organization schema can be used to provide search engines with information about your organization, which in turn helps search engines understand the context of your content and improve your search engine ranking.


  1. Your organization name (site name) will reflect automatically.
  2. Organization website URL: Your organization's published URL will be displayed here. You can edit it whenever required.
  3. Organization logo URL: The logo URL will also reflect automatically. If not, add a logo to your website by following the steps mentioned here.
  4. Founder Details: Enter the Founder name (website/store owner) and the URL of the founder's blog or website.
  5. Contact Details: Enter your contact details including address, email and phone number.
  6. Social Profiles: The links to all your social media channels will be displayed here. You can also edit or add them if needed.

  1. Choose Page to Add Schema: Click the drop-down to select which page you want to activate the Organization Schema for.
  2. Click Save to finish

Blog and blog post schema

This schema is generated automatically from the available site data, and is reflected on the header tag of published blogs and blog posts.

To edit or delete schemas:

  1. Go to Configuration -> SEO -> Schema Generator.
  2. Click Edit to make changes to the Schema.
  3. Click Delete if you wish to remove it.




Notes: Any page can have only one type of schema enabled for it at any given point in time. Multiple similar schemas cannot be enabled on a single page.
