Page status in builder

Zoho Sites lets the users selectively publish the pages and files. This gives you the option of either making the pages a part of your live website or saving some of them as drafts that can be published later.

As you work on these pages, the website builder displays on top whether the page is published, ready to be published or just a draft. Let's take a look at it.

To view the page status on your builder, you will have to enable either one of the options or both, as shown below, based on your requirements. Learn more
If you click the Enable draft state for pages toggle, you will be able to view the page status in the top-right of your website builder.
If you modify a page, remember to change the page status from draft to Ready to publish, then click Publish. Else, pages saved as drafts will not be included in the site publication.
If you click the Allow publishing a page or a file separately toggle, you will be able to view the page status in the top-right of your website builder. Under this option, you can publish your pages and files individually rather than publishing the entire site at once.

On your builder, you will see the Publish button in the top-right corner of your website builder with a dropdown indicating you can Publish Site (leaving out the page under drafts).
If you wish to publish a draft page, change the status to Ready to publish and then click Publish. If not, you will see a message indicating the page is not yet ready to be published.
