Social Preview Image
Social preview images appear when you share the link of your website on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and so on. By default, social media platforms may choose an image from your website to use as the preview image, but it might not always be the most appropriate or eye-catching image. To ensure that your links look their best on social media, you can utilize this feature to upload your customized social preview image.
To set up social preview image for your website:
- Go to Configuration -> Social -> Social Preview Image.
- Click Choose Image.
- Select the image of your choice.
- Click Save.
To remove the image, click the cross icon in the top-right corner of the image.
To set up page-specific social preview images:
- Select Pages.
- Click Edit page info for the intended page.
- Go to Page Details -> Social preview image.
- Click Choose Image.
- Select the image of your choice.
- Click Save.
To remove the image, click the cross icon in the top-right corner of the image.
Recommended image ratio for social preview images is 16:9.
Once the social preview image is set, your website links will look more professional and engaging when shared on social media.
