Elements - Image
A picture is worth a thousand words. Images create curiosity and draw the reader's attention, adding visual appeal to your website. You can incorporate standalone images, images with text, and galleries.
To add images
Click the Add icon
in the top-left corner of the builder, then select Element in the drop-down list.
Drag and drop the desired image element into the content area of your page.
Click the Change Image button in the pop-up toolbox.
From the file viewer, choose an image or upload one by clicking Upload.
Click Save.
- We've integrated with stock image providers like Google and Pixabay to provide a vast image library, allowing you to enhance your website with professionally photographed images by accessing high-quality photos directly from your Zoho Sites website builder.
- Images added to your website are automatically optimized for reduced loading time. You can disable optimization by clicking the arrow next to the upload button and selecting Upload and skip optimization.
To edit images
- Click the image element on your page to modify alignment, size, style, etc. You can also add alt image text to the pictures.
- You can make the image a link or caption it. To add a light box or link for your image, click the image and select the Link tab. Next, click the Enable light box toggle and select a theme from the drop-down list. To set a link, disable the Enable light box toggle and click Change Link. Select a link location and click Save.
- You can also choose to include a caption below the image by clicking the Caption tab under image settings. Type your image or photo caption, adjust its alignment, change its font size, color, or case, and edit it in many other ways.
For images with text, you have both text and image editing options.
