Zoho CRM Forms

You can add your CRM webforms to your Zoho Sites website. Integrating Zoho CRM forms with your Zoho Sites website will help you improve your lead capture and management processes while providing a more seamless and customized experience for your website visitors.

To integrate your Zoho CRM webform into your Zoho Sites website

  1. Click the Add  icon.
  1. Click Form.
  1. Select Zoho CRM.
  1. Select the form module from the three options available: Web-to-Lead, Web-to-Contact, and Web-to-Case.
  1. Forms that are added to your CRM account under the selected module will be listed here. Select the form you want to add to your website, then click Add.
 
Your CRM form will now be added to your webpage. When someone fills out the form on your Zoho Sites website, their information will automatically be added to your Zoho CRM account as a new lead or contact, simplifying the process of capturing visitor/lead information from your website into your CRM system on Zoho.
