Bigin Forms

Bigin Forms can help you instantly capture information submitted on your website by potential customers by automatically adding them as contacts in your Bigin accounts.
 
Creating a Bigin Form is a prerequisite for this integration. You can access your Bigin account at https://www.bigin.com/ and learn more about the benefits and uses of Bigin Forms and how to set them up here.
 

To integrate your Bigin Form into your Zoho Sites website

  1. Click the Add  icon.
  1. Click Form.

  1. Select Bigin Forms.

  1. Select the form module from the options available: Contacts or Pipeline.

  1. Forms that are added to your CRM account under the selected module will be listed here. Select the form you want to add to your website, then click Add.
 
Your Bigin Form will now be added to your webpage. When someone fills out the form on your Zoho Sites website, their information will automatically be added to your Bigin account via the integrated Contacts or Pipeline forms, simplifying the process of capturing visitor/lead information from your Zoho Sites website into your Bigin CRM system.
