When you enable notifications for your forms, you will receive an email notification whenever a visitor submits a form. To enable email notifications, go to Forms from the left panel.
Click Email Notification on the Forms page.

By default, the From address is "zoho.adminuserid"
Provide the To address and Subject. These are mandatory fields.
Compose the HTML message in the rich-text editor.
You can place custom form-field tags anywhere in the content. Simply insert the tag in your email template, and the user’s submitted form data will be merged into the email. A field menu that lists all form fields, so you can insert submitted values anywhere in your message.
Support for file uploads as attachment. When you add a File field to the form, any files uploaded by users will be sent as attachments with the notification email.
Click Save.
Selecting zoho.adminuserid will send the notification to you.
You can manually add the email addresses of people who you would like to send the notification to.
