Page Versions

At any point, if you find yourself considering whether a previous design or content of your webpage was better, you can revert to it effortlessly. Zoho Sites automatically backs up all changes made to your web pages and saves each version. This enables you to switch to earlier versions of the page with just a click.

To access the page version and to restore specific version:

  1. Click Pages from the hamburger  icon.
  2. Find the version icon to the right of each listed webpage on your website. Click on the icon against the page you intend to restore.



  3. In the next screen, you will be able to access Page versions. You can select the same from the dropdown menu on top.



  4. You can also filter the versions based on whether the page was Published, User saved, Auto saved, or simply access all versions by selecting the appropriate option. 



    All the changes that you have made will be backed up and versioned. They can be seen with a date and time stamp on them, along with the username who modified the content.
  5. Select a version that you want to switch to and click the Restore button.
  6. In the dialog box that pops up, click Restore if you are confident about switching back to the selected version.
