To create a Thank You page

1. Click the add  icon.
2. Select Page.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the page name and URL. You can optionally use the suggested URL.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Save.
5. Use the elements to customize your page.
   

Hide the Thank You page from Menu

1. Navigate to Configuration -> Menus from the left panel.
2. Click Delete next to the Thank You page that's listed on the menu.
   
   
   
   
3. In the dialog box that pops up, click Delete to confirm deletion.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Save to finalize.
   

Notes: This will hide the page from the Menu without deleting it.

Link Thank You page to a form

1. Click Forms from the left panel.
2. Select the form from the list of forms available to which the Thank You page needs to be added.
3. Click Edit Form.
   
   
   
   
4. Mentioned in the Form Properties section on the right side, click Change Action under Submit action.
   
   
   
   
5. On the next screen, select the Thank You page from the Select page drop-down.
6. Click Save
   
   
   .Your Thank You page will now be linked to the submit action.
7. You can remove the action by clicking Remove Action.
8. Click Save to apply changes.
