Page Customization allows you to tailor the appearance of the Sign In, Sign Up and Forgot Password pages according to specific requirements.
To customize:
Go to Roles & Permissions -> Member Portal.
Select the Page Customization tab.
Click the Edit content button corresponding to the page you want to customize. A page will open in the builder with the respective form.
You can add more elements, sections, and even change the layout of the page.
You can also make changes in Visual Editor to adjust the color, font and overall appearance of the page.
While editing content, elements containing Member Portal forms cannot be removed.
Click Publish to make the changes reflect in your website.
After you customize the page, there will be three options available for each page. You can edit page details using the Edit page info option.
The Edit content button can be used to make more changes in the builder and save. The Reset option would allow to move the customised page to Trash. Once reset, the default page would be displayed in place of the customised content.
The customized pages moved to Trash can be restored or deleted permanently.
Please note that we do not allow restoring the same portal page type when the same page exists.
Restoring two pages of the same member portal type from Trash is not allowed.
