Password Protection

To enable password protection:

  1. Go to Roles & Permissions > Password Protection.



  2. Enter the password and click Save. Your password must have a minimum of 6 characters, include a number, an upper and lower case character, and one or more special characters, such as # ? ! @ $ % ^ & * -.

Notes: You can use this password when password protecting pages and files for Access Restriction. 
To password protect pages, go to Pages > Access Control > Password Protection. 

To remove password protection

  1. Go to Roles & Permissions -> Password Protection.
  2. Click Remove all password protection. This will remove the password protection placed across all pages and files.



  3. Click Remove to confirm removal of the password.

Notes: Forgotten passwords can only be reset, and cannot be retrieved.
