Member Sync In Zoho CRM
This integration ensures your Zoho CRM contacts and leads are automatically synced with the members who sign up on your Zoho Sites website. It is beneficial for businesses that use Zoho CRM as their primary customer relationship management tool and want to keep their customer data organized and centralized.
By syncing your Zoho Sites members with your Zoho CRM contacts or leads, you can:
- Avoid manual data entry
- Keep customer data updated automatically
- Boost lead generation efforts
- Streamline workflows
You need to enable the member portal feature to utilize this integration.
To sync Zoho Sites website signup data in Zoho CRM
- Navigate to Integrations -> Member sync in Zoho CRM -> Open App.
- Click Connect.
- Once your account is connected, you can choose which Zoho CRM module to sync your Zoho Sites members with (Contacts or Leads).
- Click Connect to complete the integration.
- Publish your website for the changes to take effect.
- You can modify or disconnect the integration any time by selecting Edit or Disconnect via Integrations -> Zoho Marketing Automation -> Open App.
Once the member sync is set up, any new member signups on your Zoho Sites website will automatically be added to your Zoho CRM module.
