To create a website with Zoho Sites:

1. Access https://sites.zoho.com/index.
   
2. Click Create New Website. If you don't have any site in your account, you will be redirected to the site creation page.
   
3. Enter your website name and select your website category.
   
4. Click Choose Theme.
   
5. Hover over the template of your choice and click Customize. You can also choose to view live demo of the template.
   
6. You can now customize your template by choosing the desired color, font, header, and banner styles.
   
7. Click Finish.
