【開催報告】 大阪 ユーザー交流会 2025/11/20(木)Zoho CRM Plus 活用のアイデアとデータの“見える化”

皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの中野です。

11/20(木)に、大阪 ユーザー交流会を開催しました。本投稿では、その様子をお届けします。

今年2回目の開催となる大阪 ユーザー交流会では、株式会社KDDIウェブコミュニケーションズ 山田さんによる
Zoho CRM Plus の事例セッションのほか、「Zoho で”見える化”した / したい自社のデータ」をテーマに
参加者同士でZoho の活用方法を共有し合うグループワークを行いました。

Zoho ユーザー活用事例セッション: Zoho CRM Plus 導入プロセスと活用事例
~企画・サポート兼任体制でツールの選定からMA・CRM連携構築まで~

株式会社KDDIウェブコミュニケーションズの山田様より、Zoho CRM Plus を活用した
新サービス立ち上げから運用改善プロセスの実例についてご紹介いただきました。






















1. Zoho 導入プロジェクト背景と課題

2023年4月に新サービス、SmartRelease U 立ち上げプロジェクトを実質3人でスタートすることになり、
充分なリソースがない中で効率的な業務システムの構築が必要となりました。
「人手が増えない中で、どう仕組み化していくか」が最重要テーマとなっていました。

  

2. Zoho サービスの利用全体像 / 現在の構成に至るまでの経緯
自社サービスのリリースが想定より遅れたことで、システム検討に時間を確保できたことから、改めてサービス比較を実施しました。

その結果、
・プロダクト間の強い連携
・シンプルで分かりやすいUI
・低コストで広い範囲をカバーできる点
これらが決め手となり、Zoho Desk を中心に Zoho Forms / Campaigns の採用を決断しました。
さらに社内のマーケティングチームから外部コンサルが推奨するMAツール導入(高コスト、CRMなし)の相談を受けた際に、
それならパッケージサービスを利用しようということになり、Zoho CRM Plus を導入しました。
これにより、SalesIQ・CRM なども含めた一気通貫のデータ連携基盤が整うことになりました。加えて、大幅なコスト圧縮にも成功しました。

  


3. サービス仕様の壁:見込み客管理のためのデータの流れ
上述の最終構成の構築をするまでに様々な壁に直面しました。その中でも特に印象に残っている苦労話を共有します。

やりたかったこと:以下画像の1と3のデータを突合させて同じ顧客として管理する
仕様の壁:Forms 連携の制約 (1度に連携可能なサービスは1つのみ)

   

Zoho Forms の標準機能では2つのサービスに同時連携できない制約があり、以下の通り3つの回避策を検討しました。
しかし、どの方法にも懸念があり悩んでいたところ、意外な形で解決しました。

検討した回避策:
案1: JavaScript + APIによる実装 → 技術者リソースの制約でNG
案2: CRMフォーム機能の活用 → アクセシビリティの問題でNG
案3: メール解析機能の活用 → ベストエフォートの信頼性に懸念

最終解決策 :CRM 連携とSalesIQ 連携の同時利用

状況: CRM 連携有効時にSalesIQ 連携を設定
結果: 両サービスへの同時連携が可能と判明
経緯: 当初は仕様上不可と認識していた
確認: Zohoサポートに問い合わせて2サービス同時連携がサポート済みと確認
成果: 理想的な形で課題解決








4. デザイナーの奮闘(Zoho Desk / Zoho Forms)
・Zoho Desk でサービスサイトと親和性の高いナレッジベースを構築
・標準フォームのカスタマイズ性が低かったが、力技でiFrameでZoho Forms を埋め込み、問い合わせフォームのアクセシビリティを担保

5. まとめ・今後の展望

・Zoho Desk(問い合わせゼロを目指すナレッジベースの構築):ヘルプページ閲覧数のデータ収集、検索キーワードの分析
