おはようございます

添付のように
CRMで予定の作成編集でお知らせ送信チェックボックスを作って
顧客にメールを送るシンプルなワークフロールールを作って使っています

最近以下のメッセージがメールできて調べた所、上記にワークフローでお客様にメール自動送信しているのが大量に送っているのが原因でした

しかしCRMの予定が作成されたらメッセージを送るシンプルなもので特にリマインダーなどは設定していません

しかも10月になってから突然暴走します
しかも毎回ではありません
ＺＯＨＯサポートにメールしてもワークフローチェックしろと型通りの返事しか来ません
普通でないのでＺＯＨＯサポートに英語でメール送っているのに…っ
という事でこちらの設定が悪いのかＺＯＨＯのサーバーが悪いのか困っています
