6-Month Automated Campaign Follow Up Series - is Workflow Best?
In my previous CRM, I was able to start a Campaign and have follow ups automated for several months based on "Opens, Clicks, Not Opens" and then continued follow ups based on those actions....spanning out over 6 months.
1. Is Workflow the best way to do this?
2. Would it be better to keep all of these contacts in the same workflow, or send continued non openers to their own work flow? (I have set it up to exit the workflow once a contact has completed our request for a meeting form)
3. Can I manually remove someone from a Workflow before they meet the exit criteria?
Thanks in advance, I haven't been able to successfully recreate what we were doing in our previous CRM and trying to adjust -- also seems like there are multiple ways of accomplishing the same thing and I'm not sure what is best!
